Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative Products Executive for Gypsum Board to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent business development skills, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces. This role involves identifying market trends, developing new product lines, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends.
– Analyse competitor products and strategies to inform product development.
Product Development:
– Conceptualize and design new outdoor Gypsum Board products that align with market trends and company goals.
– Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to bring new products to market.
– Ensure product quality and adherence to brand standards.
Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
Sales and Marketing Support:
– Create compelling presentations and sales materials to showcase new products and designs.
– Work closely with the Product Development & Sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
– Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
– Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve products and services.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
– Proven experience in product development, preferably in the gypsum products industry.
– Strong creativity and design sensibility, with the ability to translate ideas into marketable products.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
