The Construction Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects in Jeddah. This position requires a professional with a robust background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various construction activities, managing teams, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers. This role is essential for maintainingsafety protocolsand ensuring compliance with local regulations.
The candidate should have an experience in Tower and High-rise building.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site to minimize delays.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Facilitatecommunicationbetween stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to prevent cost overruns.

Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in the Saudi market.
