Construction Supervisor – Offshore Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Madre Integrated Engineering
Coordinate daily construction activities to meet production targets and schedules.
Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
Should be performing welding and fabrication by himself.
Monitor work areas to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Track construction progress and report daily activities to the Construction Manager.
Ensure proper installation of mechanical, structural, and piping systems.
Qualification :
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in offshore oil & gas construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Valid offshore survival certifications (e.g., T-BOSIET, Medical, H2S).
Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, safety standards, and industry codes.
Familiarity with lifting operations, structural fitting, piping installation, and welding processes.
