Job Title: Registered Nurse(University or Colleges)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled University Nurse to join our campus healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to students, faculty, and staff, promoting wellness and health education, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a valid DHA license and have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a healthy campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary healthcare services to students, faculty, and staff, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
Administer medications, immunizations, and other medical treatments as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with university policies and healthcare regulations.
Conduct health screenings and assessments for new students and staff.
Educate and advise patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, counselors, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Develop and implement health education programs and workshops on campus.
Manage and respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
Ensure the university health center is well-stocked and maintains a clean and safe environment.
Stay current with healthcare practices and advancements through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
Valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
