Construction Planner (Primavera P6 Experience Required) Jobs in Dubai at CONTRACTING LLC
We are looking for an experienced Construction Planner with atleast 4 years of UAE Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and construction plans using Primavera (P6) software.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment of project timelines.
- Monitor and update schedules based on actual progress and provide early warnings for potential delays.
- Analyze resource allocation, productivity, and progress to maintain project efficiency.
- Assist in preparing tender schedules and planning inputs for new project proposals.
- Support contract administration and reporting functions in coordination with the Quantity Surveying and Procurement teams.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a construction planning role.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project monitoring, and reporting.
- Good understanding of estimation, costing, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to quality project delivery.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
