We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a prestigious project in Riyadh. Your role will involve managing construction activities, leading teams, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and overseeing daily construction operations.
On-site management of discipline-specific construction activities.
Monitoring the performance of the supervision team for contractual compliance.
Acting as the primary contact with client representatives and coordinating subcontractor activities.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and employees.
Providing leadership and accountability for on-site performance.
Planning construction activities to identify milestones and priorities.
Determining team requirements for scope and schedule.
Managing administrative, commercial, and technical services for the project.
Directing planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as needed.
You will also ensure timely approval of shop drawings in coordination with the design manager and manage project documentation.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Chartered or Professional Engineer qualification.
At least 15 years of experience managing major construction projects.
Effective leadership skills and a high level of commitment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
