As part of our continued expansion in large-scale infrastructure projects, Hassan Allam Construction is seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager – Signaling & Telecommunications to join our team in KSA.
- Lead and manage all construction activities related to railway signaling and telecommunications systems.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, design, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges.
- Enforce quality control procedures and compliance with international standards.
- Manage and mentor site teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in signaling & telecommunications systems.
- Proven track record in railway construction projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of international railway standards and systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in GCC/KSA projects is highly preferred.
