Construction Manager – Oil & Gas (ADNOC Experience Required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with ADNOC project experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities at site.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Conduct site meetings and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure quality control and timely project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with clients and management.
- Maintain safe working practices and support HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
- ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction management and site operations.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project timelines.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
