Job Title: Construction Manager – Hospital Project
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a prestigious hospital construction project in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
- Proven experience managing hospital or healthcare construction projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and site logistics.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in client and project coordination meetings.
