I’m currently working with a leading fit-out contractor in Abu Dhabi looking to appoint a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and has a proven track record of delivering commercial, hospitality, residential or F&B fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure programmes are achieved.
- Coordinate all site activities, ensuring quality, safety and productivity are maintained.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Drive health & safety standards across all sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the UAE fit-out sector.
- Strong background delivering high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC and HSE procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
- Abu Dhabi experience is highly advantageous.
Budget: AED 17,000 per month
