Job Responsibilities
Holding a Civil engineering bachelor degree
5 years of experience
Liaises with other subcontractors to analyze & document project-related work discrepancies and potential risks and suggest solutions.
Supports the ELV Project Manager in developing & maintaining ELV works plan.
Responsible for the routine management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
Follows up the project execution plans and coordinates all subcontractors work, reviews the technical drawings and ensures adherence to the execution based on the project timeline.
Prepares the project equipment plan in terms of equipment, machines, and materials.
Liaises with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Closely monitors site work progress.
Assists in identifying Health & Safety training needs for site personnel, the preparation of the Project Completion documentations, and the preparation of method statements, site programs, and temporary works planning.
Oversees the work of all junior staff including Junior Site Engineers.
Makes sure the project complies with legal requirements.
