Construction Manager
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required safety standards.
- Oversee all site operations including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
- Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure quality of completed works.
- Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns and implement mitigation measures.
- Control project costs and reduce wastage.
- Conduct and participate in site and coordination meetings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Manage inspections, testing, snagging, commissioning, and final handover.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure successful project delivery in line with contractual obligations and client expectations
Requirements
- BTech in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering
- 15 years experience, with 3-5 years in a Construction Manager or a similar senior position.
