Maramer Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of the Sports Halls Project in Riyadh.
Project: Sports Hall Project.
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred with transferable Iqama.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the on-site construction activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Plan and coordinate daily site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving any on-site challenges.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to streamline execution.
Review and approve work methods, construction plans, and procurement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in construction project management.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Saudi Arabia handling large-scale projects.
Strong background in sports infrastructure, commercial, or public facility construction.
Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a transferable Iqama.
Immediate availability to join.
