🚨 Hiring: Construction Manager – Mechanical | NSH Saudi Arabia | Oil & Gas
NSH Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Construction Manager – Mechanical for a major Oil & Gas EPC project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of mechanical works.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct site meetings, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with HSE policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and mechanical system handover activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Petrochemical construction projects.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager handling mechanical works.
- Strong knowledge of piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, structural installations, and mechanical erection activities.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia with Aramco projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
