Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to tenant messages and inquiries.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Coordinate with the team to address and resolve tenant issues.
Register new tenants on designated portals.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Positive Energy and eagerness to work.
High level of proficiency in written English.
