Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and implement project management plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead project close-out processes, including inspections, final documentation, and client acceptance.
Mentor and supervise project management staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction management or the same field
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and project management techniques
