Job Description
Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites including loading/unloading materials and tools.
Support carpenters, welders, divers, and equipment operators during marine construction operations.
Handle, transport, and secure construction materials and equipment safely.
Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
Assist with pile driving, concrete work, and structural assembly as directed.
Perform general site clean-up and ensure work areas are safe and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Help with the maintenance of floating work platforms, boats, and barges.
Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
Qualifications
Good physical fitness.
Under the age of 30 preferred for the role.
