Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers with 0–2 years of experience to support our construction team. The ideal candidates will assist skilled tradespeople with daily site activities, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, painters, and other skilled workers on-site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities.
- Mix and prepare construction materials as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site foremen.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of construction or general labor experience (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and site safety is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
