We are hiring a Construction Foreman with proven experience in building construction.
Job Description:-
​We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Construction Foreman to oversee and manage our building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating workflows, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
​Key Responsibilities:-
– ​Supervise daily on-site construction activities and manage a team of workers.
– ​Ensure all building works align with structural plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
– ​Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor requirements for the site.
– ​Monitor progress and report directly to the Project Manager.
– ​Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.
​Requirements & Qualifications:-
– ​Proven experience as a Foreman specifically in Building Construction (High-rise/Residential/Commercial).
– ​Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
– ​Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– ​Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
– ​Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
– ​Currently residing in the UAE (or willing to relocate immediately).
