General Objective of the Position
The direct supervision of renovation works at construction sites and ensuring the quality of execution according to the approved plans and designs. The site supervisor aims to achieve project completion within the specified time and required standards of excellence, through daily monitoring of the execution phases and continuous coordination between workers, suppliers, and technical management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering (or equivalent experience in renovation projects).
- Experience of no less than 3 years in supervising renovation works for residential or commercial projects.
- Experience in executing projects for restaurants and cafes.
- Ability to read plans and specifications and monitor the execution.
- Supervision of labor and subcontractors and monitoring technical compliance and quality control.
- Preparation of regular reports and monitoring project progress.
- Ability to work on-site and move between projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of renovation materials and modern construction techniques.
- High skill in managing field teams and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ability to utilize communication applications and prepare daily reports (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
