Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of construction experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and best practices.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
