Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and collaboration
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and project delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior construction leadership roles
Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and project management
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
PMP or similar certification is a plus
