Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee and manage daily construction operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between engineers, contractors, and clients. The Construction Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Future-Constructions LLC’s reputation for excellence in construction services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support procurement, budgeting, and operational planning initiatives.
- Monitor construction performance and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in organizing site meetings, inspections, and technical reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s construction regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
