AHI-EST is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consolidation Accountant to join our finance team in Mesaieed. This role is essential in managing group financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy across multiple entities, and supporting high-quality financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise and thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage group financial consolidations in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards
- Eliminate intercompany transactions and reconcile balances across entities
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data from subsidiaries
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for management
- Coordinate with finance teams across different entities to ensure alignment
- Assist in audits and provide required documentation for group reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements in consolidation procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in consolidation accounting or group reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience working with multinational or multi-entity organizations
- Familiarity with consolidation tools and financial reporting systems
