We are looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join our team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE
.
In this exciting role, you will research emerging trends, develop compelling conference content, engage with influential stakeholders, and secure high-profile speakers to create an exceptional delegate experience for one of the region’s leading summit platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative conference agendas and engaging session formats that inspire and captivate audiences.
- Identify, engage, and secure renowned local and international speakers.
- Collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts.
- Manage conference tracks from concept development through onsite delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Production, and Event Technology to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience of 4–7 years of producing conferences, summits, or executive-level events.
- Strong research, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Experience working with government entities, international organizations, or large-scale events.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creating impactful content.
Contract Role: Immediate availability preferred.
