Markely is hiring a Conference Marketing Executive to own end-to-end marketing campaigns for regional and global conferences across the Middle East. If you love turning strategy into registrations — and thrive juggling multiple high-stakes campaigns at once — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Own
📌 Build and execute integrated marketing plans for conferences and B2B events
📌 Lead audience segmentation and market research to sharpen targeting
📌 Run email marketing, automation, and attendee nurture journeys
📌 Drive social media promotion across LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond
📌 Write copy and messaging that converts — from ads to landing pages
📌 Manage Google & social ad campaigns to boost awareness and sign-ups
📌 Coordinate speaker and partner marketing kits to extend reach
📌 Support delegate acquisition and optimise conversion funnels
📌 Partner with creative teams on visuals, landing pages, and assets
📌 Report on performance via analytics dashboards, with weekly insights and optimisations
What You Bring
✅ Experience in event or conference marketing (preferred)
✅ Solid grasp of market planning, research, and campaign execution
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Comfort managing multiple fast-moving campaigns simultaneously
✅ Familiarity with CRM, email tools, SEO, and social platforms
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
