As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Condition Monitoring Engineer who shares our commitment to delivering the highest standards in reliability, safety, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct advanced condition monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil & ultrasound analysis)
• Analyze and trend equipment data to detect faults before failure occurs
• Deliver detailed technical reports with clear recommendations and severity assessments
• Support predictive maintenance strategies and reliability improvement programs
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to failure investigations
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize interventions
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper handling of monitoring tools and data
• Handle sensitive technical and client data with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement)
• VCAT Level 2 certification or higher (mandatory)
• Experience in condition monitoring and rotating equipment diagnostics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of integrity with a clear understanding of data confidentiality and professional ethics
