As a Concierge Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Arrange transportation, reservations and other services as requested by guests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Monitor guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times.
- Assist with coordinating special events or arrangements for VIP guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred).
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
