Overview
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Concierge Receptionist to join a premium customer experience project in Riyadh.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, understands luxury service standards, and can manage requests with professionalism, accuracy, and calm communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression.
- Assist visitors with directions, information, and service inquiries.
- Register and coordinate guest requests clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with service teams, valet, restaurants, boutiques, and internal departments.
- Follow up on requests until completion.
- Support guest service tracking and daily reporting.
- Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalatemint when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect guest information at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, retail, or concierge services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service mindset.
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.
- Good follow‑up and coordination skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
- Availability to work shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, hotels, malls, or VIP guest services.
- Ability to coordinate between multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and strong service ownership.
- Comfortable working in a premium guest‑facing environment.
