Key Responsibilities:

Performance Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing comprehensive reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to craft high-quality, engaging content tailored to resonate with our audience on each platform.
Market Trends: Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities within the real estate sector to inform your strategies.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in digital marketing within the UAE.
Platform Expertise: Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, with familiarity in TikTok and Snapchat marketing.
Reporting Acumen: Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms.
Industry Insight: Previous experience in real estate marketing is a significant advantage.
Core Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
