About
The Role
A Concierge Agent is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
Work closely with guests and surrounding teams to anticipate, align, and surprise and delight guests.
Enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries using exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal, and local knowledge of Dubai.
Deliver detailed service options, create itineraries, arrange tours & transport, and book a wide variety of
guest needs
.
About You The successful applicant must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services to our guests.
Constantly enhance and share knowledge with the team to ensure a world-class and
up-to-date
knowledge within the team.
Being able to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous due to guest demographics.
