Job Description
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments and providing personalized hospitality throughout the guest journey.
- Welcome, recognize, and assist guests during arrival and departure, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special requirements professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments, and guest recognition arrangements to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments while adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Manage cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, foreign currency exchange, balancing assigned banks, and reconciling transactions accurately.
- Maximize hotel revenue through upselling opportunities, guest engagement, and promoting hotel facilities, services, and activities while actively collecting guest feedback for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Degree holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
- Excellent command in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
