Concierge Agent
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Concierge Agent who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
What you will do
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in Empact.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
- Know what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
- Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages.
- Utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to ensure proper billing.
What you bring
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations.
- Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other systems.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- More than 1 year experience.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Have authorization of citizenship.
