Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Concierge Agent at our prestigious hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the friendly face and go-to person for our guests, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Serve as an ambassador for our hotel, offering accurate information about our facilities, local attractions, and current events in Phnom Penh and surrounding areas

Manage and fulfill a variety of guest requests, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and special occasion planning

Develop and maintain a network of service providers to efficiently coordinate guest requirements

Ensure the availability and organization of informational materials such as brochures, city maps, and promotional items

Create and update guest preference records to enhance personalized service

Handle luggage, messages, parcels, and other items with efficiency and care

Respond promptly and positively to guest inquiries, always striving to exceed expectations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Stay updated on hotel promotions, local events, and cultural activities in Phnom Penh and Cambodia

Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to departmental standard operating procedures

Demonstrate absolute integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions with guests and team members

Qualifications

Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service industry, preferably in hospitality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Opera or Opera Cloud Property Management System is an asset

Familiarity with Cambodian culture, customs, and local attractions in Phnom Penh and surrounding areas

Ability to maintain professional networks and relationships with service providers

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including the ability to handle unexpected situations

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate

Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
