We are looking for a Computer Shop Personnel to join our team in sharjah. The ideal candidate will manage daily shop operations, assist customers, and provide basic technical support for computer-related concerns. This role requires excellent customer service, basic technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in using shop services, such as computer rentals, printing, and scanning.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor computer hardware or software issues.
- Manage and monitor computer units to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of computer stations and shop premises.
- Assist customers with inquiries about shop services, including internet browsing, typing, and gaming.
- Perform basic maintenance, such as updating software or cleaning equipment.
