A procurement officer is urgently required to facilitates purchases, with primary responsibilities including researching key suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and ensuring all products and materials meet company standards.
Main Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
2- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities to meet project requirements.
3- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the organization.
3- Manage supplier relationships through regular performance evaluations and feedback to ensure compliance with service levels.
4-Collaborate with all departments to determine procurement needs and establish effective communication channels.
5- Maintain accurate records of procurement processes, including contracts, agreements, and supplier performance metrics.
6- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions and anticipate potential supply chain disruptions.
7- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate procurement risks and ensure continuity of supply.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Experience in real estate/properties development and mall Operations to understand sector-specific procurement needs
Candidates from diverse nationalities are welcomed
Fluency in English and Arabic..
Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in procurement tools.
Effective decision-making.
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are vital for success in this role
