Job Description
Grasp the status of export – import – inventory of raw materials, tools, equipment, etc.;
Manage restaurant assets and facilities;
Maintain and control standards on quality and food hygiene and safety;
Responsible for planning usage and ordering appropriately to ensure raw materials, tools, equipment, etc. meet the restaurant’s operational needs;
Coordinate marketing programs to communicate brand image and promotions to customers.
Other duties as required by Management.
Job Experience
Dynamic, able to work under high pressure
College or University graduate
At least 2 years of experience as Store Manager or equivalent position
Priority is given to candidates with experience in Restaurant/Fast Food Store/Hotel management.
