We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our catering company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients and securing long-term catering contracts, as well as event-based catering services. A valid UAE driving license is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach corporate clients, offices, and businesses for long-term catering partnerships.
Generate leads and convert them into recurring catering contracts and event bookings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR teams, and event planners.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to showcase catering services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with the operations and kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of services.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to improve sales strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate catering, or hospitality sales.
Strong network within the corporate sector, event planners, and business communities in Dubai.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
