Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Computer Instructor with a strong background to deliver high-quality courses for middle to high school students and college-level graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop computer courses for ages 8-18 – MS Office, Photoshop, Graphics Design, Programming,
– Deliver instruction in programming, databases, web development, and emerging technologies.
– Able to create and custom lesson plans, and materials
– Incorporate project-based learning.
– Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
– Stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
– Teaching certification preferred.
– Experience in teaching or curriculum development.
Skills and Competencies:
– Instructional design expertise.
– Strong communication skills.
– Ability to simplify technical concepts.
– Proficiency in e-learning tools.
– Strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience teaching multiple levels.
– Knowledge of AI, Data Science, or Cybersecurity
– Knowledge of programming languages preferred (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
– LMS experience.
