Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Expert with strong experience in hardware configuration, installation, and peripheral integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues while ensuring smooth system performance and compatibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware integration and compatibility issues.
- Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Install and configure devices such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet company performance standards.
- Maintain documentation of hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth hardware-software integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration, installation and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware integration issues.
- Solid knowledge of computer components, peripherals and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
- Must be Jordanian nationality.
