ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is looking for a Composite Cutting & Moulding Technician to join our production team in Dubai.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing composite materials, carrying out accurate cutting, mould preparation, moulding, trimming, and finishing of fiberglass/FRP components according to production requirements. The role requires good attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, mark, and cut fiberglass and composite materials according to required dimensions and patterns.
- Prepare fiberglass mats, fabrics, resins, and other composite materials for production.
- Prepare and clean moulds before the moulding process.
- Perform composite moulding and ensure proper material placement and bonding.
- Carry out trimming, cutting, and finishing of moulded components.
- Check finished components for proper shape, dimensions, and surface quality.
- Use cutting tools, hand tools, and other production equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Follow production drawings, measurements, instructions, and quality standards.
- Work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor or Fiberglass Technician.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fiberglass, FRP, composite fabrication, cutting, or moulding.
- Practical knowledge of fiberglass and composite materials.
- Experience with material cutting, mould preparation, and moulding processes.
- Ability to accurately follow measurements, patterns, and production instructions.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit and comfortable working for extended hours.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Important Note
This position is focused primarily on composite material cutting, mould preparation, moulding, trimming, and finishing.
Candidates with advanced experience in complete fiberglass fabrication, complex repairs, or supervisory responsibilities may be considered for a Fiberglass Fabrication Technician position.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Employment visa provided by the company.

- Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
