Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage required filings and documentation.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on compliance activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and standards.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
