Job Summary:
Compensation Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing payroll elements and evaluating the organization’s rewards portfolio. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and Budget regulatory compliance across salary structures, health/welfare benefits, and incentive programs. Furthermore, handling Audits & related Practices with enhanced financial Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Payroll Generation & Maintenance according to policy.
- Leading Annual Internal and External Audits.
- End of service calculations & Payments.
- Employee Database & Employee files.
- Annual & Probationary Performance appraisal.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources / Accounting (or) Bachelor’s in accounting.
- At least two years of experience.
- English language skills is a must.
- Saudi nationality only.
