Job Purpose: Designing, implementing, and managing an organization’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring legal compliance and cost effectiveness.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives
- .Design and manage salary structures, pay grades, incentive plans, and bonus programs
- .Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation
- .Review and recommend salary adjustments, promotions, and annual merit increases
- .Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks
- .Evaluate the effectiveness and cost efficiency of compensation and benefits programs
- .Manage the annual compensation review and performance-based reward processes
- .Analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior management
- .Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department managers on workforce planning and budgeting
- .Oversee job evaluation, job grading, and position classification processes
- .Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines
- .Manage relationships with external vendors, insurance providers, and benefits consultants
- .Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to total rewards programs
- .Participate in organizational restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce optimization initiatives from a compensation perspectiv
- ePrepare budgets and forecasts related to employee compensation and benefits costs
- .Lead and mentor compensation and benefits team members where applicable

Qualifications
- : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fiel
- d.7–10 years of HR experience, with several years specializing in compensation and benefit
- s.Professional certifications (such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) are often preferre
