About the Role:
To assist the C&B function in data collection, analysis, and validation, as well as support in C&B recommendations, proposals, and reports.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or in Business Administration.
2 to 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits role
In-depth knowledge of compensation theories and practical applications including job evaluation techniques
Excellent mathematical and statistical analysis skills
Proficient in English communication language (verbal and written)
