Job description
*Qualifications for HSE:*
– Candidate Must have a valid SARS Card
– Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the UAE
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Proficient in risk assessment and accident prevention strategies
*Responsibilities:*
– Implement and oversee the company’s safety programs and procedures
– Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
– Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees
– Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures
– Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
– Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and used
– Liaise with local authorities on safety issues and compliance
*Preferred Skills:*
– First Aid and CPR certified
– Experience in construction or industrial sectors
– Proficient in using safety management software
– Strong problem-solving skills
