Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable driver to join our team at Dozin Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and materials, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient travel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be well-versed in traffic laws, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to and from various locations.
· Maintain the vehicle in good working condition by performing routine checks and arranging for regular servicing.
· Follow all traffic laws and company policies related to transportation.
· Ensure timely arrival and departure to scheduled appointments and events.
· Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
· Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
· Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
· Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times.
· Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or other incidents promptly to the transport manager.
· Assist in other operational tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Fluent in English, and Mandarin.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
· Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and city routes.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
· Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
· Good physical health and the ability to lift and carry packages or materials when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
· Previous experience working in a customer service-driven environment.
