Job Purpos
eThe Community Management Executive provides support to the Community Management team in managing Owners' Associations (OA) in compliance with applicable laws governing jointly owned properties. The role covers community operations, financial administration, stakeholder relations, and coordination with owners, residents, service providers, contractors, and community partners. The position reports to the Community Manager or Community Supervisor

Roles & Responsibiliti

- r.Inspect and verify third-party contractor works before approving completion report
- s.Coordinate with security, issue violation notices, and resolve service request
- s.Organize joint inspections with service providers and evaluate performanc
- e.Maintain knowledge of FM contract deliverable
- s.Identify opportunities to improve community operations and efficienc
- y.Prepare operational reports and update
- s.Assist in weekly operations meeting
- s.Draft official correspondence for service providers and stakeholder

Qualifica
