Position: Community Center Manager Outsource Contract
Branch Manager – Community & Social Services (Al Ain)
We are hiring an experienced UAEN Branch Manager to lead operations at a community-based social services centre in Al Ain. The role is responsible for overall centre operations, customer service, facilities readiness, and service quality, while overseeing outsourced technical service delivery.
You will ensure all services are delivered in line with approved protocols, ethical standards, and government regulations, while maintaining an excellent beneficiary experience.
Key responsibilities include operational leadership, KPI tracking, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with local entities and partners.
Employment is through an outsourced contract (not direct employment).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-8 years’ experience in operational management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with in social services, community programmes, or government service centres
- Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
