Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Assist in bakery operations, including serving baked goods and maintaining a clean and inviting counter display.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and bakery stations in compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking supplies.
Suggest new beverage or bakery items to enhance the menu and improve customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a barista, preferably in a bakery or café setting.
Expertise in coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks.
Strong customer service and communication skills..4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certifications are a plus.
Immediate joining is required.
